5 Star Makeover April '11 Roundup: White Asparagus

White asparagus is a very special spring ingredient and it was a terrific challenge for our 5 Star Makeover this month.

Everyone really steps up to the challenge... not to show off but to push themselves to perform at their best... to excel. Thrilling idea... the spirit is so fine and good.   14. Just returned from two weeks in the Netherlands and Belgium where white asparagus is the blackboard special in all the cafes and fine dining restaurants. The creativity of these dishes surpasses anything that I saw! Thanks for all your efforts in organizing these challenges Laz & Natasha.
