5 Star Makeover March '11 Round-Up: Sustainable Fish

What a great way to spread the word about sustainable fish.  Thank you to my fellow participants who made sustainable fish shine.  Your talent continues to show that cooking is fun, creative, and inventive.

Please click on each of these creations and support these fantastic bloggers.  I promise you that you will learn more about sustainable fish and see dishes that will inspire your cooking.

A big thank you to my friend, Natasha, for all of her dedicated work, making our event such a success.

  2. What an amazing selection. I think what I find most exciting is the very distinct personalities at work here. If anyone thinks cooking isn't a personal creative act... this is a great display both in flavors and visual interpretations. Thanks for hosting!
